Steamed Spareribs, a Yummy Dimsum in Chinese Teahouse
Material Preparation:
- 150g-200g of spareribs
- Proper salt
- Proper sugar
- A spoon of Starch
- A spoon of peanut oil
- A spoon of soy sauce
- Two spoons of oyster sauce
- Proper ginder
- A pierce of garlic
- A pinch of pepper circles
- 100g of taro
Steps:
1. Put all the ingredient except the taro and pepper circles into the bowl with the prepared pork ribs, then mix up.
2. 20 mins later add a half of the prepared taro. Mix up again.
3. Put a suitable plate in the steamer and add all the taro left.
4. Put the pork ribs into the plate and add the pepper circle above.
5. Put the lid on the steamer.
6. OPPEIN Steam oven SK906. Mode: average steam, 15-20 mins.
7. Yummy dimsum is done!
